Rain and Rest

This picture is from our walk with Cookie on Saturday morning. Because it takes a few moments to take a picture w/ a 55-year-old camera, Lori decided to snap a picture of me setting up. Well, I showed her! I finished at about the same time she did!
It has rained hard the last couple of days. After the long rides this weekend, yesterday was a rest day. Today was a run day. And it rained hard, very hard, both days. I managed to get my run in this morning before going to work. And, it the rain was actually pretty light. My legs, though, were very heavy. Once I recover, I get to be stronger!
Oh yeah, and I’m planning to ride my bike to work tomorrow. I guess we’ll see how that works out. After riding this weekend I know I can do it. But I don’t think it is going to be easy…
