Yesterday I finally started moving vacation pictures to the “big” computer at home. I had been having trouble w/ the graphics card on the ol’ “big” so I hadn’t been able to work on it at all. Yesterday, I finally solved that problem and got to the photographs. I have a lot of work left to do, but I liked this picture, so you get to see it too. This is almost straight out of the camera. I did boost the “clarity” a bit but no color adjustments. It was an amazing sunset.

This is the Kolob area of Zion.

Being an Editor

Well, I have decided to edit yesterday’s post. While I am fine with the message, I have decided that it is not consistent with the generally positive spirit I want this blog to have. Life isn’t always positive, but there is no need to dwell on the negative bits here… Dave, if you didn’t see the post, let me know and I’ll make it so you can.

I’m going to leave the main message, but cut some of the details. So, here we go w/ the red pen…
