Windows Live Writer

I have been looking for an offline blogging platform for WordPress for a little while.  My motivation has been straightforward:  I want to be able to write a blog entry on the airplane or in a location that doesn’t have internet service and be able to upload it later – without hassles.  I am hoping Live Writer will work…
